Return and exchange
We will gladly accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order. We will credit the funds to the account from which we received the payment.
How to get a refund in 3 steps:
Fill out the Return Form you received in the email.
Send the product(s) to Braće dr. Sobol 33, 51260 Crikvenica, Croatia
We will process your request immediately upon receipt of the product, no later than 7 business days from receipt. You can expect a refund no later than 14 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded) from the time we process your request.
GENERAL RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Croatia)
Product returns are possible free of charge by sending via Croatian Post, with the note that the postage is paid by the recipient. For returns outside of Croatia, please contact us at shegava@shegava.com . It is mandatory to send proof of shipping in case the package is lost. If we do not have proof of shipping, we may not be able to process your return.
If the buyer does not take delivery of the product or refuses to take delivery of the product without a valid reason, 3 Cantons Craft reserves the right to demand reimbursement of handling, transport and other possible costs. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Product must be returned unused with packaging and tags.
A product that has signs of wear or damage due to inadequate use cannot be returned.
Any loss of value or damage to the returned product may result in our inability to process your return request.
We reserve the right to refuse your return request if the returned product does not match our return conditions.

CAN I REPLACE THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED?
We do not exchange ordered products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a refund and then make a new order of the desired product.
